“I was extremely pleased with the service by Raymond. He was very courteous and professional. My furnace is not a new model and I wanted maintenance done and an honest review of the condition of the furnace. Raymond showed me photos he had taken and explained the function of those parts. There was a part that I wanted him to replace. We talked about another part that is wearing and will need to be monitored. Raymond did a carbon monoxide test inside and it was zero. As Raymond said Carbon monoxide can be lethal and recommend having a detector. Raymond went beyond and above by making the small entry
way into my basement safer by fixing a loose board by adding a screw to the board to make it more secure. I also appreciate Arizona Comfort's sending an email or text to state when ones appointment is and then the day of the appointment another message with picture of the technician. That message states the technician has left SV and on the way for the Appointment. Then the Technician calls and states he is on the way. I all that Quality Customer Service.”
