“During a routine maintenance visit it ess noticed that the furnace was malfunctioning. Repairs were made but not to the satisfaction of repairman. Another repairman returned and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. An additional effort was made to make sure the furnace worked perfectly. Success. My furnace works great, the A/C was checked to make sure it worked and all is perfect and all is well. Auhsten, Gillbert and Raymond worked as a team to make sure everything worked and that I was satisfied 100%. Az. Comfort is TOPS. I will be a continuing customer!”
