“D’Andre was very professional and courteous. Despite working late the previous night, he came with a positive attitude and displayed excellent customer service, especially on a Sunday morning. I told him that I will have Arizona Comfort Systems do all future service and want him as our technician. He is beyond the 5 star rating. I left a voice a mail on Saturday but no one returned my call and was very surprised to see him on Sunday. It almost caused a conflict with another scheduled repair company and I had to do a little bit of last minute cancellation. Other than that we were very satisfied with the outcome.”
