“On Thurs. we noticed that our air conditioner unit was failing to keep the house cool. I called AZ Comfort on Thursday afternoon and they had a technician (Robert) at our house on Monday morning. He observed social distancing procedures and wore a face mask while diagnosing the problem. Angela then called me and explained the repair that was needed and e-mailed me an invoice for the repair. Robert had the necessary parts and was able to do the repair right then. By noon our air conditioner was back in working order. The repair process was was efficient and Covid 19 guidelines were maintained which I appreciated. A very professional job done by competent people. Thank you.”
