My HVAC system recently gave signs of impending death, so I called Arizona Comfort Systems. They dispatched a technician the next day. While he didn't give me a certain death-date for the system it was obvious that death of the system was imminent.This technician was thorough, and he took the time to answer all my questions. Being the curious sort, I had many questions, some were just for my own education. He was very helpful.The system took a turn for the worst, and I decided to replace it before cold weather set in. Charlene from sales was very much in command of her HVAC products and explained things in a very understandable manner. She was so thorough that even my curious nature didn't have many questions when she was finished. Those few questions I had she answered in a very understandable manner.The installation team - what can I say. They were very professional and courteous. You guessed it, I had a stack of questions for them, and they answered every one of them. When they cleaned their work area I found it to be cleaner than when they arrived.The unit is in the attack and the access hole was too small for the unit, old and new, to pass through. They had to enlarge the hole which meant cutting drywall. When they finished, they patched the enlarged hole and you can't see where they cut it. Nice work guys.I highly recommend Arizona Comfort Systems for your HVAC concerns. Looking forward to a warm house this winter and a comfortably cool house next summer.
