“I wanted to thank D’ Andre for providing exceptional customer service at my home tonight. He provided routine maintenance and cleaned two AC/heating units. When he was finished the units looked nearly brand new again. Unfortunately he did find one thing wrong and quickly provided recommendations to either fix it or wait until the system stops operating efficiently to make the repair. I decided to have it fixed sooner than later. Overall I was very pleased with D’ Andre’s work and even felt bad that he spent nearly 4 hours at my home instead of being home with his family at a reasonable hour.
