A service technician was able to come out the same day my fan motor suddenly shut down. They helped reset the motor and got the AC running again. Communication about cost, difficulties locating a replacement motor and date of installation was excellent! I’ve used this company several times in the past and have always been pleased with the experience.

April 2020I've had this company out twice to work on issues with our newly purchased used mobile home. The attention to detail and the courteous behavior of both technicians has been a very nice surprise. I was actually pleased to find I wasn't being told things that weren't true and that the quality of work was exceptional for a very good price. They've got my business for life.Update.September 11,2020.We just had a new mini split by Daikin put in. We are in a single wide older mobile home so logistically it was a lot of work and the technician that we had that came out never lost a sense of humor and was totally professional about every part of the installation. Of all the companies we talked to in the area this one gave us the best feeling and it's panned out to being the very best job with exceptional work ethic. They do it all right. And they actually have answers to all the questions that you might wonder about. Very, very well versed in the heating and air conditioning product. ***** 5 star! Juan was our technician and he never got annoyed with our questions about technology that we didn't know anything about! He is a five-star employee!It's now September of 2023 and they've added another mini split unit to our office. It was not an easy job and the two gentlemen that came were incredibly polite and efficient and did a bang-up job of getting everything done and cleaned up. Here I am 3 years later and still loving this company. You guys rock!!!
