Benjamin (technician) showed up on time and ready to check things out for us. He asked about the history of the system and got to work! He did his diagnostic testing using some technical gear and found a tiny leak in the line not visible with the naked eye. He quickly re-soldered the fitting stopping the leak and refilled the system with the correct amount of Refrigerant. This young man was a life saver!
