“On a Friday night after business hours, our air conditioning just stopped working. It’s been getting warmer and I hated to wait until Monday for anyone to come out, so Melanie said a technician (Auhsten) would be able to come out tonight within the next 2 hours. I received a call shortly after, saying Austen would be there in 30 minutes. Luckily, our 11 year old Trane unit only needed a fuse & new thermostat, so we were very relieved. Austen was so professional and honest about the repair the entire time he was here. We have been customers for 11 years and have always had wonderful service and every technician that has come out to service our unit has been the best! Everyone I have ever spoken to with the company has been so personable also and I definitely recommend this business to everyone. Whenever we need a new unit, we will continue to stay with Arizona Comfort Systems, because they are doing everything right and provide a great service & customer service…which means a lot these days!
