“Great experience. One capacitor needed replacement. It was one of 4 capacitors that had been replaced July 21, 2022. So it blows out August 10, 2023. 20 days after the warranty had expired. But they gave me the part for free anyway. So, I like it when a company does me a favor, that they don't have to do. Now, the techs name was Matt. And he was professional, friendly, competent. No issues at all with Matt. Very personable young chap. And the response time – Fantastic. I called in the morning. They got back to me and scheduled it. And it was working by about 1600 that afternoon. And I think that's stellar. I'm a very happy camper.”
