“I scheduled a maintenance visit with Arizona Comfort Systems to service my 12 year old Lennox heating and cooling system. It seems to be working okay but struggled a bit during last summer's record setting heat. The technician, Benjamin C., showed up promptly and did a very thorough and outstanding job checking my system and cleaning various components. As a curious homeowner, I asked a number of questions and he was happy to respond and help educate me better on my Lennox system. He discovered that the capacitor was out of spec and while it could continue to work for a while, it would be best to replace it before it could fail and harm the system. I agreed and had him replace it. At my request, he also checked the CFM "cool" speed on the blower and boosted the setting up a notch while checking the pressures and input/output air temperatures. The cooling performance seemed to work better though checking this again on a hot summer day could probably give a more accurate assessment. In summary, I was very pleased with Benjamin's skill, knowledge, and the friendly high quality customer service he provided. I will be calling on him again for future service visits. I have also been very pleased with Arizona Comfort Systems over the years in helping to keep my Lennox system working well. Thank you!”
