Is your Air Conditioner leaking Water?
The removal of water/condensation from your indoor coil is a natural part of the Air Conditioning cycle. However, most units have a condensation catch pan and drain in place to properly remove this water from your ac system and structure. If your Air Conditioner has suddenly started leaking water this usually indicates a blocked condensate drain line, but could also indicate a more serious isssue.

If the water leak is in an area that is damaging to your home please turn off your Air Conditioner immediately and attempt to soak up any water possible. Once you have managed any immediate problems please contact us as soon as possible to have the source of the leak found and remedied.

Is there anything that I can do to prevent condensation leaks?

Yes. You can have your Air Conditioning systems condesation pan and drain line inspected and cleaned and your Indoor Coil cleaned of all debris. This will prevent your condensation lines from becoming blocked in most cases. However, some issues may require additional treatement such as the growth of mold.
