What is the Customer Assurance Plan?
With the Customer Assurance Plan Arizona Comfort Systems will cover and warrant all qualifying equipment purchased through and installed by Arizona Comfort Systems for the life of the equipment. To qualify your comfort system must be maintained by Arizona Comfort Systems every year from the date of start up.

How is this different?
Most companies rely on maintenance plans to provide piece of mind. These same companies lower their initial maintenance price hoping a problem will be found, and you will pay a costly repair fee. Arizona Comfort Systems is different. We will send a technician to your home, search and diagnose problems, and repair any problems free of charge.

How can we do this?

Studies show most systems fail due to lack of maintenance. If proper maintenance is performed, minor problems can be found and repaired before they develop into large problems. Living by this rule we found that our many maintenance customers have dramatically reduced repair costs, reduced system down time, and a much higher level of satisfaction with the comfort system we provide. So in a sense if we can stop a small problem we will never have to warrant a big one.

In return you get:
  • Maximum System Efficiency
  • Lowest Possible Utility Bills
  • Increased system lifetime
  • Priority Customer Service
  • No repair bills – EVER!
  • Worry Free Comfort
  • Total Piece of mind

Reliable Comfort and Worry Free Service

You’re A/C system was thoroughly checked out at the time of start-up. Checking every component for proper operation and efficiency. As mentioned in the “Balancing your system” section in this booklet, part of the start-up procedure is making sure your system is balanced properly. Due to our intense heat, we balance the system for cooling. As seasons change, the registers may need to be rebalanced for the heating season. This is especially true for 2 story homes. This is considered owner maintenance and is not covered under your standard one-year warranty.

Condensate (water) leaks are considered an emergency and should be reported immediately. If your air handler or furnace is in the attic you have an auxiliary drain pan which empties out through a pipe seven feet high on an outside wall. This is a back up drain should the main drain become clogged. Water draining from the auxiliary drainpipe is also considered an emergency and should be reported. The main condensate drain line is at the same location as the auxiliary except only about a foot off the ground. This is the line the water should be draining from. Water coming from this drain is “Normal” operation.# Use ceiling fans. Moving air with ceiling fans can increase the comfort range.
